Our Policies

At The Olumoroti Brand (TOB), we strive to ensure that every client enjoys a seamless and transparent experience. Please take a moment to review our policies before making any purchase or booking.

General Policies

Correct head measurements are required after payment for wigs.

Prices are unstable and subject to change without prior notice.All services are strictly by appointment.

For pickups, our studio can only accommodate a maximum of two people at a time; only one person will be allowed inside.

Because our wigs are custom-made and the final results are sent to you before packing, we operate a no-refund policy.Clients are encouraged to read all delivery and service policies before placing an order.

Order & Delivery

New wig orders will be delivered on or before 9 working days after payment.Wig maintenance takes 9–10 working days for delivery.

Coloring jobs require a minimum of 2 weeks before delivery.

In cases where a wig is needed before the stated timeframe, an expedite fee of ₦30,000 will be added to your invoice.

There is no express order for any job requiring ventilation or coloring.

Drop-offs and pickups are available; delivery fees must be paid at the time of purchase.

Re-Wigging & Custom Work-In case of re-wigging, clients will be charged for taking out bundles from the old cap.

Every client will receive a clear breakdown of pricing before purchase for full transparency.

Payment & Communication

Clients are not to pay any fee to any staff member except the company account or any account carrying the name of the CEO.

To avoid misunderstandings, clients are encouraged to ask questions for clarification at any point during the wig-making process.
